Friendship Hill Retirement Center is currently accepting applications for a full-time groundskeeper/maintenance position. Experience in all areas of facility maintenance desirable. Duties include, but not limited to: groundskeeping (32 acres in the country), repair, upkeep (experience in carpentry, electrical, plumbing, HVAC helpful), ability to lift 75-100 lbs., and interpersonal skills with residents and staff. Salary starts at $45,000 (commensurate with experience).
